Finally Relief from Back and Neck Pain

I use a variety of techniques to address problems of the back and neck that can decrease pain, improve range of motion and allow you to enjoy your life again.

Back and neck problems are very common and can create significant stress and disability in those who are experiencing pain from these conditions.  References to back or neck problems often describe physical and/or emotional components of a person’s experience. Healing Touch and Raindrop sessions have been shown to provide relief from neck and back pain while increasing range of motion and an overall improvement in the important area of relaxation.

My training as a healing touch practitioner has taught me specific techniques to help address problems of the back and neck, and provide a foundation to offer support and facilitate healing.  One study that illustrates the effectiveness of these techniques was conducted at Queen’s Medical Center. The employees who sustained back injuries on the job were offered Healing Touch treatments.  The employees with acute back injuries experienced enough improvement that the institution as a whole actually realized a positive bottom line financial impact.  Similarly, positive benefits of Healing Touch on patients with neck and back pain were also described in a report at the Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Northern Colorado.

Raindrop sessions use therapeutic grade oils that are highly anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, relax voluntary and involuntary muscles, improve circulation and help relieve muscle, joint and nerve pain so your pain is relieved, you feel better and are very relaxed. This technique not only helps chronic back pain suffers but those suffering with scoliosis and kyphosis as well.

I also incorporate essential oils into my healing touch sessions to help get you the relief you want faster. So if you are tired of living with back or neck pain and want to take back control of your life contact me for a free consultation.
